AQUA™ Radiology

Future is Effortless

PRODUCT OVERVIEW: FOUR PILLARS OF AQUA™ Radiology

Integration to all Radiology Modalities

AQUA™ Radiology will integrate with CT scanners from any vendor and third-party QA devices. AQUA™ Radiology will come pre-loaded out-of-the-box with a variety of imaging QA tests with automatic imaging analysis tools to measure your scanner’s performance across a number of metrics using standard ACR, Catphan, or other phantoms. The full set of required tests for compliance with ACR and JACHO are included.

Third-party device integration is in development with several third-party device manufacturers to integrate their QC software and hardware directly to AQUA™ Radiology. Because of this, these third-party devices operate within AQUA™ Radiology’s (future) fully automated environment, exchanging data and controls with imaging devices.

Clinic-Wide Quality Control & Management

Imaging quality control (QC) is a process based on guidelines and is designed to ensure image quality and the safety of patients. The process involves regular thorough tests to confirm that devices are operating within their specifications and are fit for patient use. Some metrics require regular calibration checks, and AQUA™ is building the capabilities for its AQUA™ Radiology platform to automatically perform calculations and adjustments.

Device QC is performed regularly for each device, which results in a large amount of data. AQUA Radiology provides users with scheduling, workflow manager, data analysis, trending and monitoring tools to catch QC compliance and device performance issues before they affect a device’s clinical service.

Centralized & Real-Time Information

Standards Built-In & Customizable

Many clinics and hospitals implement customized QC tests for their MRI, CT, and other infrastructures and processes while satisfying the ACR guidelines. These custom tests are often required as they satisfy specific departmental needs, and certain optimized protocols that help minimize ionizing radiation dose.

AQUA Radiology allows you to use ACR tests as-is, modify existing tests to your needs, or create your own custom testing regimen.
